Participants will explore The Dandelion Framework, built on the principles of Kaitiakitanga, Karakia, Ko Wai Au, Ko Wai Koe, and Aroha, developing greater self-awareness, cultural responsiveness, and confidence in their practice. Through lived experience and honest reflection, participants gain a deeper understanding of what builds trust and where services can better support whānau.

The programme concludes with practical engagement strategies, communication tools, and resources that can be applied immediately to strengthen relationships and improve practice.
